We are all feeling the need for some mixed media goodness, and what better than to dive deep into Jeanne Oliver’s book, The Painting Art Journal! Jeanne has been such a tremendous creative force in the art world, both in her personal art and what she contributes by her offerings on her website. She finds artists from across the world to share their work with us, and I adore all that she brings to the art world! It is important to note that purchase of the selected book or ebook is required for class and is NOT included in the cost of the class. Each week we tackle a new lesson, and I help to further break down and demystify the exercises outlined. This is my take on the lesson, and most lessons I go a bit rogue (as it’s my interpretation of the lesson). This book study includes a kit of digital print outs that I’ve spent hours assembling, pretty cardstock, assorted ephemera, vintage ledger and walnut crystals. We will be working on watercolor paper, but your final projects can easily be mounted to the pages of your art journals or even 3d substrates! Whatever your heart desires, just come into this with an open mind and heart and you’ll leave filled with inspiration to fill your bucket!

There is limited seating to 20, as kits are provided (limited quantity).
