What’s not to adore about miniature?! Join me for a mini mixed media project, and walk away with two positively delightful 4x6 watercolor paintings. I’ll show you how to VERY simply sketch assorted flowers and birds, how to watercolor them & how to add your wee teacups with torn and antiqued edges. Just a few hours and a whole lotta joy to add to your day!
Kit & Shipping Included: (2) sheets of 4” x 6” tea-dyed handmade watercolor paper, (4) tiny teacups ( vintage sheet music, vintage French dictionary & cardstock)
Class Supplies:
- Watercolor paints – starting from scratch here? A good basic starter set – super budget friendly or Consider buying this set from Michaels (and use your coupon!!)
- Water cup
- Palette (or plate) for mixing colors
- Watercolor brushes Round 18/0 & 2
- Heat tool or hair dryer
- Distress Ink Pad (either Vintage Photo or Tea-Dye) & Sponge Blending Tool - OPTIONAL
- Glue Stick
- Micron or Fine-tip Sharpie or Platinum Carbon Ink Fountain Pen
- Pencil & Eraser
- Metal Stylus or bruising tool - OPTIONAL
- Golden High Flow Acrylic in Titanium White - OPTIONAL
